What kind of attendance rate should I expect?

Many factors contribute to attendance rate, but our customers see on average a 25-40% attendance rate for net-new registrants, and a 40-50% attendance rate for registrants already known to the company.

How can I trust the quality of registrants?

Prior to your Reach campaign launching, we work with you to nail down your perfect attendee, looking at seniority, title, job function, location, and industry. We're dedicated to getting the right butts in seats for your event.

How much notice do I need to provide Reach prior to my event?

For the first event, Reach needs a 2 month lead time. After that, only 18-24 days prior to your event are needed to get the right registrants.

Do I need to provide copy/assets?

All we need from you is a link to your registration page, we will take care of the rest!

If I have an ABM motion and want to target specific accounts and contacts, can Reach do that for me?

Yes!

How do I track registrations secured from Reach?

We provide a custom dashboard to easily track registrations and help you measure ROI from your Reach campaign.

What happens if someone registers outside of our ICP?

We only want the right people showing up for your event. If someone registers that doesn't fit that criteria, we can uninvite the registrant and have it not impact the number of registrants/credits you've paid for.

How does pricing work?

Reach operates on a credit system. You purchase a certain number of credits which are translated to registrants for your events. Your credits can be spread out across as many events as you'd like, and easily roll over from event to event.
